Ordering Policy
How can I order from your store?
Place your order online.
We do not accept mail orders or purchase orders.
Payment Methods
What are your accepted payment methods?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, GPay, Paypal, Venmo, Applepay, Meta, Shop, Amazon gift cards
For your protection, we screen orders for potential fraud. Please ensure that your billing address matches that of your payment method to avoid delays in order processing.
Product Availability Status
What does the Availability status mean?
In Stock - The item is good to go and ready for purchase.
Out of Stock/Sold Out - The item is not currently available.
Do you match competitor's prices?
No, we do not match competitor's prices.
Taxes
Will I be charged taxes?
Delivery Address within United States
You will be charged the respective sales tax based on the delivery address within the United States.
Delivery Address within United Kingdom
For shipments with a delivery address in the United Kingdom, VAT (Value Added Tax) will be applied.
Delivery Address within all other countries
For countries not covered in the above scenarios, we will not charge any tax at the checkout, however, please consider that an import tax and/or customs duties may be levied at the receipt of goods.
Discounts & Promotions
Do discount codes stack?
When redeeming Promotion, Discount, or Coupon Codes during checkout, please note that only one promotion code can be used per order.
I forgot to add a coupon code to my order while checking out, can you add this discount to my order after it has been placed?
We’re sorry but coupon codes can't be added retrospectively. In the future, please always ensure you add the coupon code when prompted to avoid disappointment.
Order Status
What does the status of my order mean?
New- Your order has been accepted and will be processed soon.
Processing- Your order has been transmitted to the packing/shipping department (or one of our distributors), and our team is gathering all of your goodies and preparing them to be shipped.
Closed- Your order has been refunded. Your credit card has been fully refunded at this point.
Complete- Your order has been fully shipped. Your credit card has been fully charged at this point.
Canceled- Your order has been canceled, and your credit card has not been billed.
Changes & Cancellations
Can I make changes to my order?
We may be able to if your order still shows as "New" status. Please note that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Once the order has been sent to our warehouse for processing, neither you nor our customer service staff can change it. If your order status says anything other than "New", it can no longer be changed or canceled. This includes updates to the Shipping Address.

What is your Privacy Policy?
We take your privacy very seriously. We will never rent or sell your information to any third parties, we only use the information we collect from you to convey your order information, or to send you catalogs and emails at your request.

Shipping Policy
Each product page in our store shows when we expect the product to ship. Refer to the Ordering Information section for the latest information.
Please note that our products are often delivered from different fulfillment centers.When Will My Order Arrive?
USA
Standard Shipping can take 5-8 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated.
Expedited Shipping can take 3-5 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated. Not all items qualify for expedited shipping.
Priority Shipping can take 2-3 business days to be delivered after tracking has been updated. Not all items qualify for priority shipping.
International
Standard Worldwide Shipping can take 7-14 business days to be delivered after processing the order.
Shipped within the United Kingdom
Standard Shipping can take 2-3 business days to be delivered after processing the order.
Expedited Shipping can take 1-2 business days to be delivered after processing the order.
Shipped within the European Union
Standard Shipping can take 3-5 business days to be delivered after processing the order.
We do the best to ensure your delivery arrives on time, however delivery dates are not guaranteed and there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your items will arrive after the estimated arrival date.
Holiday Shipping Information: Please note that all delivery information is listed on each individual product page. Keep in mind that the last day to order for delivery by Christmas varies per product and assumes the fastest shipping method at checkout.
General Shipping
We are able to ship anywhere within the United States and internationally from the United States, unless otherwise stated on the product detail page.
Orders generally ship Monday through Friday.
Some items within your order may ship separately. You will never be charged more for shipping and handling than what appears at checkout.
We do provide shipping time estimations for all of our products. We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times are all estimations and we cannot guarantee an order to arrive by a specific time. We encourage you to ship all items to a permanent address in order to ensure a successful delivery.
International Shipping
Certain products are available to ship from distribution centers outside of the United States, allowing for optimized shipping based on your shipping address. For example, if you live in the UK and the product in your order is available to ship from the UK then it will cost less to ship and will ship faster, without having to go through customs.
Please note that you are responsible for any import fees, taxes, or duties required in your location upon delivery.
Orders shipping internationally do not qualify for any free shipping promotions.
International orders may have additional customs, tax, & duty fees applied to them by the local customs agency, please note that you are responsible for any additional fees. If shipping to the UK or European Union the following will apply:
United Kingdom
If the order is being shipped to the United Kingdom and is for less than £135, you will be charged 20% VAT at checkout. If the order exceeds £135, you will not be charged VAT at checkout and the shipment may incur additional customs duties/taxes or other charges, payment for which is the responsibility of the recipient.
European Union
If the order is being shipped to the European Union and is for less than €150, you will be charged VAT at checkout at the current VAT rate of the country where the order is being shipped to. If the order exceeds €150, you will not be charged VAT at checkout and the shipment may incur additional customs duties/taxes or other charges, payment for which is the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
An email with tracking information will be sent to you once your order has shipped. Please note that some carriers ship without tracking information. You will not receive tracking information until the order is out for local delivery.
Address Changes
We are unable to change or update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order.
Shipping Multiple Orders
Multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will ship separately.
Shipping to Multiple Locations
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address.

Return Policy
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on any items purchased from CoreAnthology.com that have been misprinted or are defective. If a package has been lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Our Customer Service team is available 7 days a week 9am-5pm CST, and can be contacted through the contact form or at customercare@coreanthology.com. Please allow at least 24 hours for a response.
Merchandise cannot be returned if used, washed or worn.Receiving Credit on Your Returns
We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned product(s) at the address provided by our Customer Service team. The number of days the credit will take to post will depend on your financial institution’s policy regarding credits.
PayPal Payments
If the purchase was made via PayPal then the refund will return to the PayPal account used to purchase. This will appear as credit in your PayPal account which you can use to make a purchase, or request to withdraw from PayPal to your bank account.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. But please feel free to contact our Customer Service team for return inquiries.
Items Not Eligible For Return
Items may only be returned if there is damage to the item, or if the item is defective and or misprinted. We do not offer returns for buyers remorse.
Damaged Products
Take a picture of the damaged area(s) and submit them through the contact form, including both photos and order number. Pictures are required to process a damaged return. A customer service representative will contact you with further instructions once the return inquiry and photos have been submitted.
